Hi, I'm Stephanie Violet. I'm a late-in-life ADHD Lesbian who loves to draw, write & create art. I am based in the Lower Mainland of BC, Canada.
I bring my inner fantasy world to life using assorted mediums from digital to traditional drawing techniques to using various crafting disciplines, such as knitting & crocheting
to sewing & bookbinding.
When I'm not creating art, I'm consuming it via my favourite online creators, video gaming, reading way too late into the night, wikipedia rabbit holes & occasionally visiting a museum or art gallery.
Digital
From illustrated pages for children's books to fanart, I use Procreate & Procreate Dreams on my 12.9 inch 6th gen iPad. I've also just begun my 3D journey, using Blender and Nomad Sculpt.
Traditional
I love to go back to my roots & use traditional mediums, such as gouache, watercolour, pencil crayon & pen hatching.
Handcrafted
I've taught myself a lot over the years, & taken many classes. Some of my favourite pieces of art are wearable, like knitting, sewing & crochet; some I use daily, like handmade journals; others are gifts for friends or my friends' children.
